The latest gaming app to make a splash with online play, Solitaire is available now in the Google Play store.
It’s the latest in a string of gaming apps to come online, joining a list that includes the hugely popular World of Warcraft, which launched in 2007 and continues to be downloaded millions of times per day, and popular iOS and Android games like World of Goo and Candy Crush Saga.
The app also has some interesting design touches, including a “tune” feature that lets you control the music and sound effects of your favorite games.
For now, it seems that Solitaire is only available in the U.S. and Canada, but the app is expected to expand to other regions over the coming weeks.
To play the app, you need to download a special app for Android that includes a “solitaire” extension.
You can find it on the Google app store or in the official app store.
The Solitaire app will run on Android and iOS, and will work on any device running Android 4.0 or higher.
